Our Subscription Plans
MockZi offers the following subscription plans:
Free Version
Free forever with access to limited features. No payment required. Upgrade anytime for full access.
Monthly Plan — ₹299/month
Billed every month. Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current month.
Quarterly Plan — ₹799/3 months
Billed every 3 months. Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current 3-month period.
Yearly Plan — ₹2,999/year
Billed annually. Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current year subscription period.

Free Version Policy
MockZi offers a free version with access to limited features:
- No payment required to use the free version
- No refund applicable as no payment is made on the free version
- The free version does not expire — you can use it as long as you like
- You can stop using the free version anytime at no cost
- No charges will be applied unless you upgrade to a paid plan for full access

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked:
Monthly Plan (₹299/month)
- You can cancel anytime through the app
- After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of the current month
- From the following month, no subscription charges will be applied
- No refund is issued for the current month's payment
Quarterly Plan (₹799/3 months)
- You can cancel anytime through the app
- After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current 3-month subscription period
- No further renewal charges will be applied after the period ends
- No refund is issued for the remaining months of the current quarterly subscription
Yearly Plan (₹2,999/year)
- You can cancel anytime through the app
- After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current yearly subscription period
- No further renewal charges will be applied after the period ends
- No refund is issued for the remaining months of the current yearly subscription

Refund Policy
MockZi does not offer refunds for the current billing period, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly. All payments made are for the current active subscription period and are non-refundable.
- No refund for the current month on a monthly plan
- No refund for the current 3-month period on a quarterly plan
- No refund for the current year on a yearly plan
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the period already paid
- Duplicate payments made accidentally will be reviewed and refunded upon request

Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that significantly impact your ability to use our platform, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. In exceptional cases where we are unable to resolve the issue, we may review refund eligibility individually.
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment was made accidentally, please contact us with your transaction details. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
